Wind. How do you take advantage of the wind at your back. We all know that a tailwind can drive an airplane forward faster than if it is fighting a headwind. That is what sometimes gets us to our destination faster. What is the tailwind that you use to propel yourself forward at a fast rate to reach your destination (your goals!)? I might suggest that it is your education, your experience, and your willingness to put your own back into the tasks at hand in order to get to where you want to go. If you put the "tailwind" you have created to work you will be surprised at the heights you will be able to attain! So focus on those characteristics this week.
