What resists. Persists. I heard this for the first time a couple of weeks ago. It got me to thinking – if we resist something such as a change in our life or business, a new product or service that might help us, or anything "just because" – then whatever the situation is it will stay the same and not change. You have to work to change the word – from "persists" to "persistence" – that is, you must actively work to change the circumstance so that you move forward and make things happen. Standing still is not the answer!
