Each of us develop processes that we use to effectively deal with these circumstances so that we can create a plan to continue moving forward. Adversity comes to all of us in many forms so getting experience in dealing with them creates a stronger you and a better set of skills to deal with those still to come. So as we move more into summer give some thought to what skills you have created and commit to improving them as you go ahead.
