Imagine. For those who watch a range of sporting events you will recall that there are many times when an athlete is preparing to perform we hear the word "visualization" used to describe that preparation. How many of you, when assessing options or developing a plan of action, use that approach to "look into the future" and imagine what the process will be and therefore what the result will look like so that you get the result you are working towards? I might suggest that this "visualization" process would be of great value as you attempt to create the best possible future for your company and for you. The process of imagining the process taking place provides valuable information for you to play the process forward without actually moving into the actual implementation. Once this process is complete and you are more confident in your plan - you act!
