Credit. How often do we listen to someone speak who give themselves no credit or reward for what they have accomplished. It is important for each of us to recognize that we do certain things well and we should thank ourselves for that! Too often we are to self critical and delay the opportunity to move ahead and continue to make a difference. The significant challenge is to build your confidence and to make things happen. If you find yourself being too critical of yourself find someone, a friend, a colleague, a coach or mentor, who will tell you that you do well and make a difference. Start this week to reward yourself.
