Patience. We live in a hurry up world! Whether we are rushing from place to place, channel surfing at home, standing in a line at a bank, or moving rapidly between web sites on our tablets and phones so many seem to be in a terrible rush. Many years ago the saying that was used was - "slow down and smell the roses". This is still true today as it is so important to make the most of each day but there needs to be time not only for you but for your family, friends, as well as your work. So assess what you do and see if by taking a few deep breaths you can slow down a bit, smell the roses, and make yourself even more productive in all aspects of your life. So practice patience and reward yourself with some stress free time. You will be pleasantly surprised by the results.
