Fail forward. As we start a new year it is important to learn from what has not worked for you in the past. When you have a setback it is not failure but rather a way to identify what other options you should be trying to achieve as you go forward. When you take this approach you always look to the future and as I have Indicated in other Boosters it is never to late to make adjustments, take new actions, and obtain the desired results. As you develop your goals for 2014 keep this in mind and focus your energies on the changes that you need to make. Go for what you want to make happen. Good luck as you begin this new adventure.
