Rejuvenation. It is important to ensure that you take time for you! Taking a few days off as I have just done gives your brain a break from your hectic schedules and, more importantly, allows you to take a more objective look at your plans and where you are going with your goals. It is really is just a version of “stop and smell the roses” – enjoy nature, your family, your friends, and take a fresh look at the world. We all often fall in the trap of working “in our business and not on our business” so I would ask that all of you take a moment this week and plan to take some time to rejuvenate so that you achieve more and work more effectively.
