Fear. Have you noticed that when the world around you is in disarray that you develop a stronger case of fear. The uncertainty of what may happen in the future creates a tendency to do nothing in the hope that this means that nothing else bad will happen. What really happens is that this fear spreads like a virus and the biggest casualty is a complete lack of confidence that anything can be done to stop the downward spiral. Our challenge is to turn this around and maintain a high level of confidence that we can and will change things so that we take advantage of new opportunities and move forward, one step at a time. Change is never easy but strong people committed to working together can and will make the difference. Take a sheet of paper and make a list of the ten things you can start to do to be confident, to assist with change, and to move us towards new goals and a new era.
