Trust. So often when dealing with our clients and others we work to protect our integrity, which is really the trust that others have in us. We build this trust by providing, great service, delivering what we say we will deliver, doing things on time, saying please and thank you, and always showing up on time. On the other hand you can “burn” your trust by not doing the above things, by not communicating effectively and honestly, and through the display of a negative attitude. What do you do to ensure you maintain the trust that others have given to you?
