Breakthroughs. How often have you waited for a major breakthrough to occur in whatever you are doing? Sometimes these events are a long time coming and at times you feel as though they may never happen. It seems that the more complex the issue the longer it takes. We have been involved in one of these for many months and this week all of that hard work, going through major changes in approach, and hours of meetings, will come to fruition. As with so many things in our lives what is important is to never stop moving forward. By “keeping on” we usually manage to end up with solutions and progress.
