Midsummer. As July comes to a close and August is upon us we realize that summer’s pleasures are at a mid point. Seasons can seem long or short but they move at their pace and come and go with great regularity. What special moments are you creating with your families in this summer season? What sunrises and sunsets are you admiring, what vistas are you seeing, what parts of nature are you admiring, who is giving you hope, and what are you doing to create it? I have commented before on children – they take advantage of their time – they enjoy the moment, they make you laugh, make you smile, they can set the tone for your season. Take a page from a child’s “book”- enjoy the moment.
