Milestones. Over the past few weeks we have celebrated certain birthdays as well as a graduation of the daughter of one of my partners from university. These milestones are really transitions for individuals and families. In each case one has the opportunity to consider where they are, where they want to be, and what they have to do to attain their goals. It is a fun time as the future holds so much promise for all of us. Using our individual and collective capabilities we can create the kind of futures we want and enjoy today even more than before.
