Cats. We all have observed a cat as they, with a complete air of independence, go about their daily lives. They sleep and relax and lazily observe the world around them. They live fairly long lives, give us attention only when they want, and know when to give attention so that they get what they want. They take a relaxed approach to life. What can we learn from this - that less stress and more standing back and observing might be a good thing for all of us?
