Stress. We seem to live
in a world of stress. Our busy lifestyles and connectivity via Internet
and cell phones keeps us all "buzzing". We all forge ahead
and to state the obvious - "if we keep on doing what we are
doing we will get the same result". We instinctively know this
but somehow do not learn from our past behavior and it takes specific
events to wake us up to the reality of the stress that we each force
upon ourselves. What can we do about this? First of all take some
time for yourself, take a short walk, get a break, establish realistic
expectations of what you can do, play lively music, talk to positive
people, and work on something that gives you great pleasure. Better
yet - if you have grandchildren, go do something with them. Take
steps to reduce the stress.
