Spam. This word has developed
a whole new meaning with the growth of the internet. We all tend
to have "spam" blockers that seem to want to act quite
indiscriminately. They tend to gather up things we even want to
receive. It got me to thinking about the "spam" in our
lives! What does each of us do to handle this in our own lives?
How many of us either sweep everything away or let everything come
at us? Take some time and assess the "spam" in your life
and take action to create your own "spam blocker" so that
your life is less complicated. Most of us try to deal with too much
