Resilience. Now that Labour Day has passed we enter a "new year". We are so conditioned by our school days that even the business year seems to start this month. This is a time to demonstrate your resilience from the frustrations and challenges of the year to date. It is the time to regroup and to refocus your efforts and your goals so that you achieve great things
over the next several months. Take some time and review your goals, identify what is preventing you from moving forward, and take the steps to put a 'bounce' back into your actions. You will be rewarded.
